Your Role:
Your role is to provide Account Management Services to allocated Global Accounts from the Multinational Portfolio, including Captive Programmes, managing the end-to-end process in line with the Global Services Department Guidelines. You will work with the Team Leader to ensure all administrative activities related to global programmes are completed timely and with high quality. This includes preparing processing instructions for the Multinational Processing Service Unit, Credit Control, Reinsurance, and local offices, to ensure prompt premium debits and policy issuance, and maintaining accurate policy records on Chubb systems.
The role also involves collaborating closely with Credit Control, the Multinational Processing Service Unit, and other departments to resolve accounting and processing issues, ensuring that Chubb’s Service Standards are met or exceeded. You will work with Global Client Executives and Underwriters to deliver on client service standards.
You will build strong relationships with clients and their brokers, serving as the main contact for all service matters related to their accounts. You will attend client and broker meetings and support Chubb’s business development activities, including presenting and demonstrating our global capabilities.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Your Responsibilities:
Support the Team Leader in account handling activities.
Assist with Chubb’s business development and client relationship activities.
Support Global Client Executives and Underwriters on relevant accounts and activities.
Obtain renewal terms from Controlling Underwriters and communicate with clients and brokers as necessary.
Build and maintain relationships with Underwriters, Clients, Brokers, Chubb Offices, and other external parties.
Operate within Chubb’s ethical and service standards.
Assist with ongoing projects aimed at improving the Global Services Department.
Perform incidental work outside the scope of daily responsibilities as required.
