The successful candidate will possess strong teamwork and communication skills, be proficient in various software and systems, and have experience delivering quality results with attention to detail.
About the Role
* Provide information and advice on library resources and UQ systems, assessing client needs and offering solutions or referrals.
* Create, edit, maintain, and delete library records, assisting with documentation and statistical reports.
* Support and supervise colleagues, including training, coordinating workflows, and quality assurance.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of systems and processes, participating in change initiatives and demonstrating flexibility and agility.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Degree/qualifications with demonstrated competence in service delivery and improvement, technology use, policy adherence, and resource management.
* Proven digital capabilities, including proficiency in software and familiarity with library management systems.
* Demonstrable self-organisation, self-motivation, and self-leadership, including managing timelines, sharing knowledge, and engaging in self-development.
* An excellent team player, collaborating effectively and exhibiting an adaptable and flexible approach to work.
