The Opportunity
In this high-impact leadership role, you are the bridge between clinical excellence and compassionate care. You won't just be managing patients; you'll be shaping the future of the service.
Lead the Way: Drive clinical development and multidisciplinary coordination to ensure care exceeds professional standards.
Support the Team: Provide expert direction to Clinical Nurses, Health Workers, and Admin staff.
Solve the Complex: Take the lead on challenging clinical situations with the support of a dedicated Social Work HP5 partner.
