Job Title: Front Office Manager
Elysia Wellness Retreat is seeking an experienced and professional Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, leading a diverse team, and maintaining high standards of service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.
* Maintaining accurate guest accounts and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Leading and motivating the Front Office team to achieve exceptional results.
* Ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across all departments to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
* Managing daily tasks, including room assignments, key cards, and guest requests.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2+ years experience as a supervisor in a hotel environment.
* Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong understanding of trust accounting principles.
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required.
