Early Childhood Educator Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As a ChildCare Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children aged 6 weeks to 5 years old.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework. You will foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
You will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions between play-based activities and structured learning experiences. Accurate records of children's progress will be maintained, and regular communication with parents and carers will take place.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement educational programs that meet the needs of diverse learners
* Create a nurturing environment that encourages children to explore and learn
* Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
* Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Requirements:
* Australian working rights
* A current Working with Children Check
* An ACECQA recognised Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
* Current First Aid and CPR certificates, along with Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management certificates
* Demonstrated understanding of current child safe practices and the Education and Care Services National Law (2010)
* Working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Frameworks (EYLF)
