The Role
We're looking for a Patient Services Officer who is organised, approachable, and enjoys helping people feel at ease. As the first point of contact, you'll help set the tone for each patient's experience from the moment they arrive or call.
Part‑time: 25 hours per week
Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
Hours: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
While these are the core hours of the role, the nature of our clinic means we occasionally require flexibility with shifts and coverage. We appreciate team members who can adapt when needed — and in return, we do our best to support your work‑life balance too.
What You'll Do
* Welcome patients and manage appointments with warmth and efficiency
* Answer phone calls and assist with enquiries
* Process payments and maintain accurate records
* Provide administrative support to our doctors and sonographers
* Help keep day‑to‑day operations running smoothly
What We're Looking For
* Excellent communication skills and a friendly phone manner
* Basic computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
* Experience with Genie software is a bonus
* Strong attention to detail and time management
* A positive attitude and genuine team spirit
* Willingness to be flexible with hours when the clinic requires it
