Your new role
You will begin within the Client Services team, where you will support a wide range of contractor and supplier customers as they navigate the organisation's compliance and onboarding platform. This forms the first stage of a structured rotational pathway, progressing into a business development focused role.
Handle inbound enquiries and guide customers through platform navigation, documentation requirements, and compliance processes.
Support customers with matters related to insurance, safety, and account setup.
Manage inside sales interactions by assisting with subscriptions and onboarding conversations.
Work closely with your mentor and team to develop strong communication, technical knowledge, and problem solving skills.
After approximately 18 to 24 months, you will transition into a business development function, working directly with corporate clients to support account growth, new client outreach, and collaborative commercial projects.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
A customer focused approach and confidence engaging over the phone
Ability to problem solve, manage enquiries, and remain composed under pressure
Interest in progressing into client facing or business development responsibilities
Solid computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email)

Base salary of $90,000 plus performance incentives
