Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:



* Supervise and train employees to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals by conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback.
* Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee hours, ensuring seamless store operations.
* Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.



Requirements:



* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred for advanced management roles.
* Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Able to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods, with flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings and weekends.
