You'll be working side-by-side with one junior team member, while taking charge of daily operations, scheduling, and service coordination.ResponsibilitiesPerform truck tyre fitting and mobile servicing.Supervise and train a junior team member.Manage daily job scheduling and mobile coordination.Oversee stock, service documentation, and workshop operations.Maintain safety standards and quality workmanship.Represent CTS professionally with clients and suppliers.What you'll bringStrong background in truck tyre fitting (OTR/truck experience desirable).
