Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Regional Service Operations Manager to lead and manage field service operations in Australia and support the Asia Pacific Region. The successful candidate will oversee installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of compressor installations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a regional team of field service engineers
* Ensure service quality, customer satisfaction, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards
* Develop and execute service strategies to improve performance, customer loyalty, and revenue
* Coordinate with regional sales and operations teams to align and forecast field activities
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering or technology, business administration, or a related field
* Minimum 9+ years of field service experience
* Strong analytical skills, ability to assess training needs, evaluate current process and procedural effectiveness
* Ability to manage multiple assignments, establish priorities, and travel up to 25% of the time
