Overview
Senior Manager - Accounting & Finance at Perigon Group. Reporting into the divisional Financial Controller (Funds) of this ASX listed diversified property group, you\'ll drive all financial/management reporting, tax, compliance and analysis for a set of property funds.
Responsibilities
- Prepare periodic management reporting, variance analysis, commentaries, board papers, recommendations and financial statements for your portfolio.
- Be involved in fund wind-ups/set-ups, acquisitions and disposals. Assist in consolidated reporting, treasury matters and ad hoc projects (including systems and process improvements).
- Partner with Fund Managers, Asset Managers and senior finance stakeholders to deliver decision support to the funds. Interact externally with investors, auditors and consultants.
Qualifications
- Technically accomplished accountant; ideally with property or funds sector experience (ideally both). Candidates with technical accounting experience from other sectors will also be considered.
- Excellent communicator, confident and skilled at dealing with stakeholders at all levels and across disciplines.
Offer/Salary
Base pay range: A$140,000.00/yr - A$150,000.00/yr
