Digital Customer Experience Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to develop and execute comprehensive customer journeys across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement data-driven customer experiences to drive engagement and retention
* Analyse CRM and eCommerce metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies
* Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication and project management skills
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in customer lifecycle or retention marketing
* Strong understanding of CRM tools and experience with Klaviyo
* Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like BigCommerce and Shopify
* Analytics skills and experience with GA4
* Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
