About Us
Coffee Machine Warehouse is a fast-growing industry leader specialising in coffee machines, accessories, and café solutions. We service both domestic and commercial customers and are known for our practical expertise, honest advice, and strong customer support. As our workshop and service demand continues to grow, we are looking for a hands-on Coffee Machine Technician to join our Clayton-based team.
This role is ideal for someone mechanically minded who enjoys working with their hands, learning technical systems, and dealing directly with customers. Experience is valued, but training can be provided for the right candidate with the right attitude.
*Key Responsibilities
Coffee Machine Repairs & Servicing
* Diagnose, repair, and service domestic and 1-group espresso machines
* Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, descaling, and basic refurbishments
* Test machines before and after repairs to ensure quality and reliability
Workshop & Operations Support
* Assist with cleaning, moving, and organising coffee machines in the workshop and warehouse
* Help load/unload machines and prepare units for sale or dispatch
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
Customer Interaction & Support
* Answer customer questions regarding repairs, faults, maintenance, and basic operation
* Explain repair issues and solutions in a clear, friendly, and professional manner
* Assist with customer drop-offs and collections when required
Teamwork
* Work closely with technicians, sales, and admin staff to keep jobs moving efficiently
* Follow instructions accurately and complete tasks in a timely manner
What We're Looking For
* Mechanical or technical aptitude (coffee machine experience highly regarded but not essential)
* Willingness to learn and take direction
* Comfortable using basic tools and working with equipment
* Good communication skills and a professional customer manner
* Physically capable of moving coffee machines
* Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
