The successful candidate will take full ownership of one of our most significant national retail partnerships. As a strategic leader, you'll own and lead the strategic relationships with major national grocery retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute accurate forecasts, achieve sales targets, and drive annual joint business plans.
* Lead customer negotiations and engagement, with the support of a strong, capable team.
* Identify and unlock new business development opportunities to drive incremental growth.
* Influence product and category strategies with real input into how we go to market.
We are looking for a resilient, strategic operator who thrives in ambiguity and can flex between execution and big-picture thinking.
Requirements include a proven track record in major retail accounts, demonstrated ability to build and deliver strategic account plans aligned to customer priorities and the competitive landscape.
A sharp financial acumen with a history of delivering strong commercial outcomes is also essential.
