We offer a competitive salary on par with state primary school Teachers, paid on an hourly basis. About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with Educators in a centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance educational programs offered to children. You will deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you will lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.
Requirements
* Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Current QLD Working with Children Check
Centre Details
The centre where this role is based is conveniently located walking distance to public transport, close to shops and cafes. It is a 57-place centre with a Queenslander style building constructed in 1986, offering a beautiful home-like, three-room, open plan boutique centre environment. The centre director has been at the centre since 2017, and it was a finalist in the WasteSMART Kindy award in 2020.
