Monadelphous are seeking a highly motivated Project Administrator to join our PNG operations team on a full time basis. This role will be based in the Brisbane Office Monday to Friday, with the occasional requirement for site visits to Papua New Guinea.
Key responsibilities include:
* Booking and coordination of employee travel
* Data entry from variety of information sources
* Procurement and invoicing
* Assisting the project team with the generation and updating of internal and external reports
* Provision of administrative support to project team
* Subcontractor claim management
* Monitoring and reporting project costs
* Monitoring purchase orders and deliveries
What you will bring
* A Minimum of 2+ years in a Project Administration function within the Engineering or Construction Industry
* Proficient user of MS Office Suite (including Excel)
* Demonstrable experience in travel booking and diary management
* Excellent attention to detail; process driven to meet compliance standards
* Ability to work as part of a team, and autonomously
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with internal teams and develop strong relationships
* Ability to prioritise workloads and help others when needed
* Experience using cost management systems, JDE and SAP (highly regarded)
* Proof of right to work in Australia and a valid passport
