We are looking for an experienced and passionate Group Fitness Trainer to take the next steps in their career and become an integral part of our consistently growing studio
About the Role
In this Group Trainer role, you will run industry leading HIIT sessions, providing coaching, instruction and imparting knowledge on individuals of all fitness levels. You will assist members to use correct technique and form while training in a fun supportive team environment to reach their individual health and fitness goals. You will be a motivated self-starter that loves helping others and delivering A+ group training sessions to an awesome community of members.

Who are we looking for:
We are looking for a person to join our team who is driven, passionate, self-motivated, and loves working autonomously whilst delivering top performance
• Certificate 3 in Fitness as a minimum requirement
• Experience in group fitness is preferred but not essential
• Must be available Monday to Sunday for mainly night shifts (4:30pm-7:30pm) and Saturdays and Sundays (7-9am)
• Passionate to create a WOW factor for every member and every class
• Having outstanding communication skills and be able to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Demonstrates strong leadership - you believe that to get the best from your clients you have to lead by example
• Proactively engages in the F45 Community to stay abreast of changes and updates and is always on the pulse in the fitness industry
