Property Portfolio Manager Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Property Portfolio Manager to join our dynamic head office team based on the Gold Coast.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a residential portfolio (23+ properties) while supporting facilities management across multiple commercial sites and childcare centres.
* End-to-end management of residential properties, including inspections, leasing, arrears, maintenance, and tenancy management.
* Overseeing contractor schedules and minor project works, as well as coordinating insurance, bond claims, and compliance.
About the Role:
* 5+ years in property management or facilities coordination.
* QLD Real Estate Certificate or License.
* Strong knowledge of tenancy legislation.
* Great communicator with high attention to detail.
* Ability to obtain QLD Blue Card and NSW WWCC.
