Job Overview
This role involves assisting customers and technicians in identifying and sourcing parts.
* Locate and source parts using manufacturer systems to ensure efficient operations.
* Manage procurement, receipt, invoicing, and returns of spare parts.
* Support warehouse operations including stock control and deliveries to meet customer demands.
* Maintain clear communication across teams and with customers to resolve any issues efficiently.
As a Parts Interpreter you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing inventory levels, and resolving any discrepancies. You will also work closely with the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations and delivery of spare parts to customers.
Requirements
To be successful in this role you will need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with manufacturer systems.
You will also require strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
