About the Role
Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance execution across the processing plant, ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard. You will lead crews across both planned and breakdown maintenance while driving continuous improvement across reliability and work management systems.
Responsibilities
* Supervise fixed plant maintenance crews across gold processing circuits
* Coordinate daily, weekly and shutdown maintenance activities
* Ensure compliance with site safety systems and procedures
* Drive efficient execution of planned maintenance and minimise downtime
* Work closely with planning and reliability teams
* Mentor and develop trades and leading hands
* Manage breakdown response and fault finding across plant equipment
About You
* Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor within gold processing
* Strong knowledge of fixed plant equipment (crushers, mills, conveyors, pumps, CIL/CIP)
* Previous experience leading maintenance crews on mine sites
* Strong commitment to safety and leadership on site
* Trade qualified (Mechanical Fitter or similar preferred)
* S26 or ability to obtain highly regarded
