**Description**:
The Role
This position is responsible for driving the lead generation process as part of the pipeline.
It is essential that you have a strong understanding of the lead generation and specification processes, experience in the architectural, construction and/or design industry, along with reasonable knowledge of façade products.
A strong communicator (written & verbal); you will also preferably have a strong understanding of the building and design process which will enable you to influence and engage with various stakeholders within the building sector.
An impeccable eye for detail and organisation skills coupled with your expertise in solution selling in a competitive market will see you transition into this role with ease.
Key Responsibilities
- Opportunity Pipeline - educating the architect on Fairview product offerings, confirming scope and colour requirements, getting a Fairview product specified and recording the relevant information.
- Architect Contact - Looking after any identified key architects within their territory, this role will use a key account plan to establish, maintain and develop relationships. Contacting architects for new projects, visiting architects for qualified leads and education and participation in the sales pipeline as required.
- Information - This role is responsible for gathering information on projects, architects, builders, competitors and the market and reporting it back through the relevant systems for analysis and action
- Education - This role is required to have good technical knowledge of our products and will be required to use this knowledge to both make recommendations and educate architects as part of the sales process. The role will also be responsible for presentations and educating key stakeholders.

- Well presented and of good standing

- Knowledge of or experience in the Fairview range of products
- Knowledge of or experience in the construction industry
- Track record of exceeding targets
- Experience with business software such as Salesforce, Netsuite, Smartsheet, Cordell and Microsoft Office Suite
