Contract Administrator (Mid-Level) | $150M Residential Development | Newcastle A well-regarded builder is looking for a Contract Administrator to join a major $150M residential development in Newcastle, supporting the commercial delivery of the project through a key stage of the build. This is a 12–15 month contract with strong potential to go permanent for the right person. Working closely with the Project Manager and senior commercial team, you’ll play a key role across procurement, subcontract administration, cost control and variations on a large-scale residential project. Key Responsibilities: Manage subcontractor procurement, scopes and letting packages Administer progress claims, variations and subcontract payments Assist with cost tracking, forecasting and project reporting Support head contract administration, RFIs and commercial correspondence Work closely with site and project teams to support smooth project delivery What We’re Looking For: Experience as a Contract Administrator on commercial or residential projects Exposure to apartment or large-scale residential developments highly regarded Strong understanding of procurement, contracts and cost management Able to work in a fast-paced project environment and manage competing priorities Immediate or short notice availability preferred The Opportunity: 12–15 month contract with long runway of work Landmark $150M residential development Strong potential to transition permanent Excellent day rate on offer Newcastle based project with an established delivery team Interested?
