. We are looking for an experienced and motivated
Pizza Chef
to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing the shop and supervising shifts
* Delivering excellent customer service
* Preparing and baking Roman-style / al taglio pizzas
* Dough preparation, topping, and oven management
* Managing stock levels, ordering, and deliveries
* Maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and WHS standards
* Opening and closing the shop as required
* Supporting and guiding junior staff during service
About You
* Experience as a pizza chef (al taglio experience preferred)
* Confident with dough handling and baking
* Fast, organised, and detail-oriented
* Reliable team player with a positive attitude
* Fluent English required
