With a proven product and a rapidly growing footprint across ANZ, we're scaling fast and looking for a Sydney based Regional Sales Manager to help drive our next phase of growth.
Job Description:
* Work closely with the sales team to generate leads across existing high-density residential properties, including strata and new developments
* Support sales activity in the new construction market, engaging property developers, architects, designers, and builders
* Establish and maintain account relationships
* Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts with prospective clients
* Follow up on inbound inquiries and leads
* Conduct sales calls and system demonstrations for potential clients
* Attend customer sites to assess site suitability, system configuration and optimal system location
* Support system installations and launches at live sites
Key Requirements:
* Relevant industry experience essential, strata management BDM experience highly regarded
* Established network within strata, facilities, or property management
* Comfortable navigating extended sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Strong IT capability, with confidence using web-based dashboards, CRM systems (Pipedrive), and Google Workspace
* Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with a remote and Melbourne-based sales team
* Problem solver with can-do attitude

* Tenacious with competitive spirit
* Flexibility
* Some travel required (trade shows, etc.)
