Responsibilities:
* Oversee the agent's calendar and inbox, ensuring smooth scheduling and communication with clients
* Manage high-end client relationships, ensuring ongoing support and exceptional service
* Coordinate and prepare marketing materials, listings, appointments, and documents for property transactions
* Assist with processing listings, exchanges, settlements, and preparing appraisals
* Collaborate with a sales associate to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
* Lead and support the team in all aspects of operations
* Demonstrate a proactive approach, anticipating needs and solving problems effectively
* Ensure all tasks are completed with impeccable attention to detail
Requirements:
* Valid certificate of registration or real estate license
* Proven experience managing high-end clients and handling a variety of tasks
* Strong multitasking and organizational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks
* A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
* Experience in real estate transactions and knowledge of industry standards
