We have partnered with a leading law firm to recruit an Associate Commercial Lawyer, offering an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional with at least 4 years' post-admission experience to develop their career in commercial law and gain hands‐on experience across diverse client matters.

Key Responsibilities
* Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements
* Assist senior lawyers with legal research and complex transactions
* Attend client meetings and contribute to business development initiatives
* Support compliance, risk management, and corporate governance matters
About You
* 4 years' post‐admission experience in commercial or corporate law
* Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
* Client‐focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn
