We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Consultant Anaesthetists to join our team of healthcare professionals. In this role, you will play a vital role in providing safe and effective anaesthetic care to patients in rural and remote areas of Western Australia. Position: Consultant- Anaesthetists
Location: Western Australia
Role Highlights:
* Provide comprehensive clinical service, governance and leadership in Anaesthetics to promote quality health outcomes for patients of WA Country Health Service.
* Ensure the provision of comprehensive anaesthetic service and airway management to patients.
* Provision of anaesthetic services for patients having surgical, medical, obstetric or investigational procedures, including continuous monitoring during such procedures.
* Pre-operative assessment and early post-operative care of patients.
* Supervision of anaesthesia trainees and other staff as appropriate.

Qualifications:
* AHPRA registration.
* Fellowship of the Australasian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetics, or equivalent.
* Demonstrated extensive experience in anaesthesia in general, obstetrics, paediatric and emergency anaesthesia.
* Lnowledge and understanding of the rural anaesthesia setting
* Ability to work as an effective team member.
* Highly developed communication, interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
* Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of the Aboriginal Cultural Respect Framework
