Multiple opportunities have arisen for experienced Drill & Blast Technical Supports to join our team on the east coast of Australia.
We are actively seeking an experienced Drill & Blast professional to represent our Enaex Mining Technical Solutions (EMTS) team, comprised of innovative Drill & Blast Engineers, Technicians and Specialists. In this role you will provide management of projects aimed at effective application of Enaex products and services, offer training, advice and recommendations to our clients predominantly for use of electronic initiation systems, and support Drill & Blast improvement programmes in both open cut and underground environments as required.
Responsibilities
* Develop and manage technical value‐add projects for our customers.
* Provide support and technical training in Electronic Initiation Systems (EIS).
* Act as the first point of contact on site when technical challenges arise.
* Audit customer D&B operations, including skills and procedures.
* Work within a technical team environment.
* Contribute to a respectful and inclusive work environment.
Experience
* Proven practical experience in a mining, customer‐driven environment.
* Strong customer focus.
* Experience delivering bench and classroom‐based training.
* Electronic detonator / initiation systems experience (Daveytronic highly regarded).
* Unwavering commitment to safety and efficiency.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
* Relevant qualifications.
* Shotfirer's ticket, with hands‐on experience.
* Current driver's licence.
* National Police Clearance (less than 3 months old or willing to obtain).
* State‐relevant Security Clearance for handling explosives (or willing to obtain).
