It's a great fit for someone who enjoys employee relations, stakeholder engagement, and driving meaningful people initiatives.What You'll Be DoingBuild strong relationships across all levels of the businessProvide day-to-day HR advice and support to leaders and employeesCoach managers and support ER case management (e.g. performance, parental leave, grievances)Contribute to key HR projects including DEI, L&D, performance and pay reviews, and succession planningDrive engagement initiatives such as surveys and check-insSupport visa and immigration processes, including secondmentsDraft and issue employment offers and respond to contract or benefits queriesUse data and analytics to support decision-making and prepare reportsWhat We're Looking ForSolid HR experience, ideally in a mid-sized corporate environmentStrong understanding of ER and case managementExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsGood knowledge of employment law and HR best practicesComfortable using HR systems and data to support decision-makingProactive, solutions-focused, and commercially awareExperience in insurance or financial services is a bonusWhy This Role?
