• Carrying out maintenance activities safely, efficiently, and in a timely manner to support reliable plant operations
• Supporting production teams to achieve operational targets and maintain continuity of supply
• Identifying and resolving equipment issues to reduce breakdowns and repeat failures
• Maintaining accurate records within the SAP maintenance management system
• Monitoring plant and equipment condition to improve reliability and performance
• Supporting the operation of continuous process plant systems
• Managing spare parts inventory to ensure availability for maintenance activities
• Coordinating maintenance work, including contractors, in line with safety requirements

• Experience working as a Maintenance Fitter (minimum 5 years)
• Trade qualifications in fitting
• Strong mechanical problem‐solving and troubleshooting capability
• Experience conducting risk assessments and working within safe systems of work
• Familiarity with Permit to Work systems
• Experience in the gas industry or a similar industrial environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Computer skills, including maintenance systems
