Due to a strong pipeline of townhouse projects throughout Victoria, our client are seeking to bolster their team with up to 6 expeirenced Project Manager/ SPM/ PD) to deliver construction projects end-to-end, from tender through to handover.
Working closely with the Construction and Operations teams, you’ll be accountable for program, cost, quality, safety and client outcomes across multiple projects.
This is a hands-on role suited to a commercially minded PM who enjoys leading teams, managing stakeholders and delivering high-quality outcomes in a structured yet collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to completionAct as the primary client contact, ensuring clear communication and expectation managementLead project planning, design coordination, consultant engagement and authority approvalsManage project programs, budgets, forecasts and margin performanceDrive variation, procurement and contract administration processesEnsure compliance with NCC, ResCode, WHS and relevant regulatory requirementsOversee quality assurance, risk management and site readinessLead and mentor Project Coordinators and Contract AdministratorsProvide clear reporting on program, cost, risk and delivery performance
About You
Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction (head contractor or client-side)Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and marginsConfident managing consultants, contractors and client relationshipsStrong understanding of construction compliance, quality and WHS requirementsOrganised, proactive and solutions-focusedA collaborative leader who values accountability and continuous improvement
