About the Role
You'll be the on-the-ground leader ensuring each project is delivered safely, on time, and to a premium standard.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day site operations across multiple tourism construction projects.
* Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
* Conduct site inductions, enforce safety protocols, and maintain WHS compliance
* Monitor project schedules and report progress to the Project Manager
* Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to design specifications
* Manage site logistics, materials, deliveries, and equipment
* Identify and resolve issues early to keep projects on track
* Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external partners

A minimum of 3–5 years of site supervision experience is required. Construction experience in any type of building work is preferred. A Carpentry trade background and good computer skills are also highly regarded.
Demonstrated experience in construction site supervision is essential. Strong understanding of building codes, safety, and compliance is required. The ability to work independently in remote or outdoor environments is also necessary.
A solid problem-solving skillset and proactive mindset are vital for this role. Current driver's licence; construction white card required.
Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this role.
