About the Roll
* Assist customers with rental inquiries via phone, email and Live chat
* Drive sales, rentals and excess reductions
* Prepare holiday quotations and follow-ups
* Process bookings and payments
* Answer customer inquiries promptly, competently and professionally
* Develop product knowledge to provide accurate information
* Administrative tasks and reporting
* Working within a team to assist the Branch Managers and Team Leaders in providing a seamless customer experience
Requirements:
* Friendly and polite demeanour with exceptional communication skills.
* Proven sales experience is desirable.
* Excellent administration skills with meticulous attention to detail.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure.
* Strong time management skills and the capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office products.
* Availability to work one full weekend (both Saturday and Sunday) per month and an additional weekend day (either Saturday or Sunday) each month.
* Flexibility to work during busy holiday periods.
* Ability to work independently and within a close-knit team environment.
