Job Title: Customer Service Officer
Part-time opportunity for a 5-day fortnight

You will be the first point of contact for all inquiries at the council, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and accurate information.
Key Responsibilities:

* Assist customers with a range of transactions, including payments and inquiries.

* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
