About the Role

As the Manager, Partnerships & Community Investments, you will oversee the development of Aboriginal grants and community investment frameworks, ensuring strong governance, compliance and culturally informed practice across funding programs. This role reports to the Director, Partnerships & Operations and leads a small team delivering grants and investment functions. You will join our Community Partnerships branch within the Aboriginal Affairs group.

* Grants Program Leadership: Extensive experience managing complex funding and grants programs, including system development, review and evaluation.
* Culturally Informed Community Engagement: You bring experience working respectfully with Aboriginal communities delivering funding programs grounded in partnership and trust.
* Project & Delivery Management: Drive end‑to‑end delivery of strategic, research and evaluation projects in complex environments.
* People Leadership & Team Development: You bring proven experience leading and developing teams, with strong communication skills that build clarity, trust and engagement.

Salary: Classification Grade 11/12. Package includes base salary ($149,739 - $173,17 plus superannuation (12%) and leave loading.
