Chandler Macleod have an outstanding opportunity for a Business Support Lead in the Gas and Renewables industry.

This well-established company requires an organised business Support lead for a 12 month assignment. This role will require working at Torrens Island (SA) ,

**Key purpose of this role,**

The role will drive cross-functional outcomes and success with leading the Business Support Services team focusing on Contracts Management, Training and Competency, and items associated with Risk and Assurance.

Delivery in these areas will ensure the Business Support team is assisting the Operational Leadership Teams to fulfill the necessary contractual and compliance requirements as well as deliver on key outcomes for various business activities and initiatives.

**Keep Accountabilities of this role,**
- **Planning projects** - Analyse, interpret and implement policy, legislation, portfolio and program initiatives.
- ** Contract Management** - Drive the Strategic Sourcing activities with key business stakeholders to achieve the optimal delivery and spend outcomes
- ** Training and Competency** - Provides advice and assistance on Training and Competency Best Practice, Industry Training and skills required for the future state.
- ** Health, Safety and Environment** - Ensure that all Health, Safety and Environment Systems and goals are introduced and adhered to while meeting the organisations policies and standards for HSE Managements.
- ** Values** - Encourage the sharing of skills and experience and contribute to the success of the business at all levels, in a way that is vital and authentic.

**Qualifications, key skills and experience required**
- Qualifications in Business, Management, Project Management or similar are required
- Understanding of training and competency, and contract management in an operational environment
- Project experience within a corporate or operational environment with experience in project reporting, analysis and governance
- Ability to manage competing priorities with willingness to go beyond core role
