As PRG accelerates its expansion across Victoria's premium corporate, government and private event markets, we require a commercially driven Business Development Manager who knows how to win — consistently.
Key Responsibilities
* This is a pure growth role with direct revenue impact.
* Your mandate is simple:
* Build pipeline. Win business. Secure revenue. Repeat.
Mandate
* Expand PRG's market share across targeted growth sectors
* Win high-value, flagship corporate and government accounts
* Penetrate untapped sectors and outmanoeuvre competitors
* Secure multi-year agreements and recurring revenue streams
* Deliver measurable and sustained revenue growth
You will not inherit a book of business | You will build one.
What You Will Do
* Develop trusted relationships across the complete client landscape, including corporate leaders, government representatives, venue managers, executive assistants and operational stakeholders who influence event and catering decisions.
* Drive disciplined pipeline management with measurable velocity
* Lead high-stakes commercial negotiations
* Convert large-scale event opportunities into secured contracts
* Identify new verticals and emerging commercial opportunities
* Contribute to major tenders and competitive bids

Remuneration Structure
This is a performance-led compensation model designed for high achievers.
* Competitive base salary aligned to BDM level.
* Significant performance-based earnings for revenue secured and retained.
* High performers will materially outperform base salary with expected remuneration to exceed $250K per year.
This role is for a commercially ambitious operator who wants income aligned directly with impact.
You will be rewarded for building revenue, securing long-term partnerships and strengthening PRG's market position.
