Job Overview
The Field Services Officer will ensure electronic monitoring equipment is correctly installed and functioning properly on individuals in the community serving a non-custodial sentence. This includes attending locations such as courts, prisons, and residential homes for installations or call outs.

Key Responsibilities:
* Install and maintain EMS equipment on participants in the community
* Provide prompt support for equipment failures and alert activations
* Attend locations such as courts, prisons, and residential settings as needed
* Support other business sectors if required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 'Can do' attitude
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build relationships
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to think critically in challenging environments
* Physical fitness and ability to handle stress and pressure
* A current full driver's licence
* Ability to pass a Ministry of Justice criminal convictions check
* A current Certificate of Approval or ability to obtain one
