We're seeking a seasoned Instrument, Control and Communication (ICCS) professional to drive engineering, commissioning and optimization of advanced control systems in a dynamic process plant environment.
The role involves leading the integration and performance tuning of Emerson DCS systems, ensuring smooth communication between vendor PLC systems and the DCS, troubleshooting as needed, collaborating with suppliers to confirm interface functionality of PLC or standalone systems, diagnosing and resolving control system or network performance issues in complex plant environments.
Key Requirements
* Degree-qualified in Instrumentation Control, Software, Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
* 8+ years' experience in ICCS engineering and commissioning, ideally with Emerson DCS (or similar).
* Practical knowledge of Siemens PLC integration using Profibus, Modbus, OPC-UA and DNP3 protocols (highly desirable).
* Skilled in network design, programming and system optimization.
* Experience in process plant operations, maintenance and control strategy implementation.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to work effectively with project teams, management and external vendors.
