Senior Manager – Corporate Tax – Financial Services

Location and Flexibility
This role can be based in any of our offices: Warrang (Sydney), Naarm (Melbourne), Meanjin (Brisbane), Boorloo (Perth), Ngambri (Canberra), or Tarndanya (Adelaide). Flexible working arrangements, including reduced hours, are available—let's discuss what works best for you.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide Australian income tax advisory and compliance services to clients across banking and capital markets, wealth and asset management (including superannuation funds), and insurance.
* Manage and develop a portfolio of financial services clients, delivering high-quality tax compliance, provisions, and advisory services.
* Build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, identifying growth opportunities and contributing to our strategic objectives.
* Lead and mentor a high‑performing team, fostering collaboration and excellence.
Skills and Attributes for Success
* 8+ years' experience in Australian corporate income tax or fund tax, ideally within a top‑tier or mid‑tier accounting firm, or corporate environment (including superannuation, insurance, banking, and wealth management).
* Strong ability to manage multiple complex engagements, influence outcomes, and communicate technical concepts clearly.
* Proven leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing teams.
* Completed CA qualifications or equivalent.
* Enthusiasm and a strong passion to succeed.
