About the Role
We are on the search for a full-time permanent Inside Sales Representative to play a key role in the growth of BlastOne. Based out of our Berrimah branch, you will be responsible for supporting the Area Managers in increasing their external market presence with customers. In addition, you will be utilising your sales experience to promote BlastOne's range of products and services to drive continual growth and further business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Daily stock procurement for our Berrimah branch.
* Collaborate in the day-to-day operation of the showroom.
* Prepare accurate quotations and sales orders.
* First point of contact for all counter sales.
* Manage and maintain accurate entry of branch sales into our internal systems.
* Complete proactive sales calls to create future business opportunities.
* Ensure all quotes provided are current, stock on hand is accurate, and deliveries to customers are received in a timely manner.
* Communicate with sales representatives and/or customers on delivery status and estimated delivery times.
* Collaborate with staff to organise applicable rostering of branch operations.
* Assist other sales and workshop staff when required.
* Follow up on customer parts/orders/discrepancies from sales representatives.
About You
* Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
* Experience working in the retail or warehouse/manufacturing industry will be highly regarded.
* Possess a high level of attention to detail.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Time management skills with the ability to prioritise.
* Willingness to learn and persistence to achieve specific sales targets.
* Understand WHS Regulations (desirable).
