Join a reputable organisation supporting residential construction projects across the Gold Coast. Due to ongoing growth, the team is seeking an experienced Maintenance Administrator to coordinate day to day maintenance and repair activities across multiple developments.
Your new role
As the Maintenance Administrator, you will play a key role within the Construction Administration team, ensuring the smooth coordination of maintenance and defect related tasks. This is a fast paced, hands on administrative position suited to someone who can work independently and efficiently from day one.
What you'll need to succeed
* Coordinate and schedule maintenance tasks across various residential sites.
* Liaise with contractors and clients to confirm timelines, access requirements, and scope of works.
* Oversee the logistics of repair works, including contractor availability, materials, and site access.
* Maintain accurate job records and updates within internal software systems.
* Manage incoming email and phone enquiries, triaging and directing as appropriate.
* Follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure timely completion and quality outcomes.
* Provide general administrative support to the broader team as needed.
