Job Responsibilities
Assisting in the daily laboratory operations conducting quality assurance tests on construction chemicals at the Warehouse
Inspecting products or materials for defects
Ensure compliance with quality control standards, perform checks, and assist in developing quality control policies and procedures.
Reporting and recording with use of MS Office modules
Receive, and manage stock in warehouse and manufacturing environments with SAP, PRONTO or other programs.
Manually lifting products and materials in a safe manner
Working proactively and safely in a small team environment with great communication skills
Qualifications
Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role
Min Tertiary Qualification, preferably B.Sc. Chemistry or Engineering or equivalent (desirable)
Good Computer skills (MS Office modules and ERP software)
Knowledge of construction chemicals or its applications
Ability to manage laboratory operations
Ability to handle heavy materials movement in a safe manner
C Class Licence minimum
National Police Clearance
