We are seeking an experienced
- **Hotel Manager / Management Couple** for this busy venue located in regional Western Australia.
- This role would suit a hands on manager / management couple looking to work as part of a team in a great regional location.
- The Manager will thrive on getting the best out of people and maximising commercial opportunities. Managing, driving the business, training and supporting your team will be at the forefront of the role. You will support your team in providing a professional hospitality experience across all facets of the venue, ensuring that the venue and company standards are maintained and that customer expectations are met.
- The venue caters to local clientele and hosts numerous functions and events for the local area. This is a multi operational outlet with Hotel accommodation, function rooms, Sports Bar, Bistro bar, TAB and a large restaurant.
- The location is a hive of activity with local shopping facilities & numerous local events. Outside of work there are plenty of hotels and restaurants to visit on days off, local tours operating and plenty of places to explore. A great place to meet people and a welcoming local community.**Package**:
- $85,000+ salary - Single (negotiable)
- Couples salary based on combined experience

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure the venue is managed with a motivated, trained team with the appropriate skills to exceed customers expectations.
- To be the face of the hotel, knowing the local clientele and the surrounding community.
- To deliver growth across the venue through innovative promotions and driving events
- To lead the management team to ensure that all training, service standards, product knowledge and delivery is maintained.
- Manage all aspects of labour scheduling and actual labour spends to ensure wage costing meets the company's budget.
- Demonstrate excellent control of all operating costs in line with set targets. Bring new and innovative ideas keeping up to date with trends.
- Overall management and accountability for forecasting/ budgeting and delivery.
- Maintain and develop supplier relationship.
- Customer focused and financially astute to achieve company and client commercial objectives in line with net growth.
- Excel and lead by example in the areas of operational excellence, financial performance, health and safety along with customer satisfaction.
- Required to be up to date and knowledgeable regarding adverting including social media.
As the Manager you will ideally have a successful background in a similar role where you see and treat your current location as your own business, using your skills to create a thriving and successful working environment.
- We work in total partnership with our General Managers and you will be the key person to ensuring that the venue's aspirations and visions are realised. You will be driven to ensure we deliver excellent service to all of our customers across all areas.
- You possess excellent management and communication skills, high energy and have a good understanding of reports and financial management, and be able to demonstrate your analytical approach to problem solving. You will have the ability to display a real passion for food and customer service and be financially and commercially astute.**Other Information**:
