Delaware North Australia is hiring casual Commis Chefs to join our team at Perth Airport. As a Commis Chef, you'll be responsible for collaborating with senior chefs to create dishes that make a lasting impression. Availability around a 24 hour trading business, early morning and late nights.

What will you do?
* Prepare a variety of dishes in a high-volume production setting
* Follow recipes for menu preparation, ensuring adherence to cooking guidelines and standards
* Execute food preparation tasks with a focus on presentation
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
* Conduct temperature and quality checks, manage cross-contamination to ensure WHS compliance
More About You
* Previous Commis Chef experience
* Minimum Level 3 Certificate in Commercial Cookery
* Solid background in kitchen operations
* Demonstrated track record meeting financial targets for food and labour costs
* Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster, mostly across early morning, late nights.
