Working closely with senior leaders, industrial partners, and program stakeholders, you will help steer the successful delivery of major digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
The Human Resource Business Partner will support both the workforce and industrial aspects of the project analysing, providing advice and guiding practice based on workforce changes resulting from the significant digital and workforce transformations occurring within NSW Health Pathology.
This includes monitoring and reporting on workforce status and impact of actions/interventions. The role will work in partnership with senior leaders to develop and implement proactive and responsive HR change management initiatives related to implementation of the project.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need relevant tertiary qualifications in law, human resource management, industrial relations and/or experience in industrial relations and human resources management in a large and complex service delivery organisation.
You will also have extensive experience in facilitating HR complex change management initiatives with proven ability to effectively project manage. Additionally, you will have proven capacity leading HR/IR aspects of large-scale workforce transformations and programs of work.
