Key Responsibilities
* Managing new product development from conception to launch
* Coordinating capital investment to improve efficiency and productivity
* Applying Lean principles to reduce waste and minimize costs
* Liaising with cross-functional teams including R&D and Production
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in mechanical or electronics engineering, experience in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma, and excellent communication skills.
* Bachelor Degree or higher in mechanical or electronics engineering
* Experience in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to lead change and improvement projects
