- Proven expertise in making precise alterations to garments, ensuring a perfect fit and high-quality finish.
- Exceptional ability to engage with clients, exceed sales targets, and meet KPIs.
- Strong relationship-building skills, creating personalised experiences that foster customer loyalty.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver memorable, high-level service that aligns with brand standards.
- Motivated and results-driven, with a focus on teamwork and collaborative success.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and a passion for using technology to enhance the customer experience.
- Highly attentive to customer needs and adept at anticipating unspoken desires to provide an unparalleled experience.
- Mandarin and cantonese speaker prefered.
