Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Fleet Risk Manager to join our team. As a Fleet Risk Manager, you will be responsible for managing broker portfolios by underwriting new business, managing renewals and attending broker visitations.
You will assess moderate to complex risks, collaborate with underwriting and broker relationship teams, and build strong broker partnerships through regular communication and site visits.
Main Responsibilities:
* Underwriting: Underwrite new business and renewal submissions for motor fleet policies
* Risk Assessment: Assess moderate to complex risks to ensure accurate and competitive pricing
* Broker Management: Manage a portfolio of brokers and maintain strong, professional relationships
* Team Collaboration: Collaborate with underwriting and broker relationship teams to deliver strategic outcomes
* Communication: Conduct regular broker communications and site visits to strengthen partnerships
