Overview
We are seeking a Change Manager to lead the transition from our current end-of-life billing platform (PeoplePoint) to a new enterprise-wide solution. This role will support both system and process change, aiming to simplify and modernise billing across all service lines. The Change Manager will be responsible for change impact assessment workshops, stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption, ensuring alignment with broader transformation initiatives and a seamless customer experience. You will be working alongside another Change Manager on Billing, providing collaboration and shared leadership for this critical transformation.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies tailored to the billing system modernisation project.
* Identify and engage stakeholders across various departments to ensure a smooth transition and adoption of the new billing solution.
* Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
* Lead communication and engagement efforts to build awareness and support for the billing system modernization among internal and external stakeholders.
* Provide coaching and support to leaders and teams to facilitate their roles in driving change and promoting a culture of innovation and adaptability.
* Monitor and evaluate the impact of change initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
Qualifications and Experience
* A Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in change management, particularly related to business transformation projects.
* Proficiency in change management methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, or similar.
* Experience with large-scale system implementations and process re-engineering.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
* A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
